Most of our jobs begin at our 5-acre steel fabrication shop in Phoenix, Arizona. We start with steel directly from the mill and shape it into structural or specialty components specifically designed for your project. Everything we do is compliant with AISC and LADBS standards.
Once fabricated, steel components are shipped to your site where our trained erection crews install it on your project. Customers find that dealing with one supplier from fabrication through erection eliminates scope gap and provides one unified point of contact for their critical structural or specialty metal needs.
Often where there is steel, there is also concrete. Whether it be foundations or flatwork structural installations, our experienced concrete crews will successfully complete your project.

Constructing airport facilities can be unique and challenging. Our ability to work with multiple parties allows us to meet customer needs while being compliant with local, state and FAA requirements. Our crews are familiar with the nuances of airport construction including working at night to not disrupt airport operations. Our airport experience includes structural construction and passenger facilities such as food courts and automated baggage return systems in Los Angeles, Salt Lake City, Phoenix and Minneapolis/St Paul.
Resolute has partnered with major contractors such as Sletten and Rohm to complete steel and concrete work at some of the largest retail chains including Walmart/Sam’s Club and Costco. From ground-up projects to installing new retail formats and maintenance upgrades at existing sites, Resolute has met these customers’ strict standards from Hawaii to Texas.
As a long-time partner with Sletten Construction, Resolute Performance Contracting worked with them on the FOUND:RE project to handle structural steel and architectural concrete for their Phoenix hotel renovation. Our team performed top-to-bottom concrete and steel work on an eight-story tower, renovated steel stairs to meet code, and fabricated and installed FOUND:RE’s unique steel interiors. We were excited to be a part of this project as the hotel won the Arizona Business Journal Red Award for contributing to Downtown Phoenix’s revitalization.
